Your challenge
As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you are the central link in how MeeMaken presents itself—both within our group and to the outside world. You ensure that our message is clear, engaging, and consistent. You move effortlessly between strategy, content creation, and collaboration with colleagues, strengthening our online visibility while also managing communications around events and inspiring stories about sustainability and social initiatives.
In addition, you will work on marketing activities for our portfolio company Eager.one, contributing to both the online and offline visibility of the brand. You support the management and optimization of the website and online channels, develop content and campaigns that strengthen Eager.one, and assist with offline activities such as trade fairs, events, and other networking moments. In this way, you ensure consistent, appealing communication and help (further) expand our presence in the market.
You will have plenty of freedom to develop and implement ideas and will be the driving force behind a professional and recognizable communication style. You will not be doing this alone: you will guide a Marketing & Communications Officer and work closely with colleagues from other companies within the MeeMaken group. Together, you ensure synergy, knowledge sharing, and a strong collective identity.
Who are you?
You enjoy maintaining oversight, bringing structure, and actively rolling up your sleeves. You have broad experience in marketing and communications, from social media and content creation to events and internal communications. With your creativity and energy, you know how to inspire people and move projects forward.
You are also fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. You switch effortlessly between the two, whether writing a creative post, a newsletter, or a strategic plan.
