Infosequre, eWorks and Splintt join forces with support from MeeMaken

Utrecht, 7 July 2021MeeMaken, a Dutch investment company, is on a growth journey in the online learning solutions market. The acquisition of Splintt, a specialist in tailor-made digital learning solutions and the creator of Philpaper, a learning distribution system focusing on external workforces, is an important step in Meemaken’s buy-and-build strategy.

Splintt is an important addition to the MeeMaken group’s portfolio, which already includes the companies Infosequre, eWorks, The Beansters, L3online and MeeMaken Academy. The combined group will be a leading provider of digital learning solutions, with clients in manufacturing, construction, finance, healthcare & wellness, and the public sector. The combined product range will be a one-stop shop for online learning solutions.
