We are looking for our new Content & Community Officer!

Are you passionate about managing and growing a community? Does your heart start beating faster when your work makes a difference? Do you also have an affinity for producing fun content like inspiring social media posts or informative newsletters? Become the connecting link within our group as our new Content & Community Officer!

As our Content & Community Officer, you are the link that connects the employees of 12 companies within our holding, MeeMaken. You take the lead in producing, managing, and promoting various tools, platforms, projects and events. During work, strengthening the community within MeeMaken is your main goal! You do this by:

  • Producing a quarterly, internal newsletter with interesting and inspiring news about events and projects that are happening within the group,
  • Managing our online learning platform MyAcademy and organizing quarterly line-ups with inspiring educational sessions, trainings and courses that colleagues can attend,
  • Organizing fun events such as our yearly MeeMaken Energize Event where we sport to raise money for good causes,
  • Give insightful advice as a spokesperson of MeeMaken during various projects, with strengthening the community in mind,

… and more! As a Content & Community Officer, your workday is dynamic and never the same.

We are an active investment company with a worldwide network and a strong portfolio of (online) learning companies and manufacturing, service, and rental companies for the (renewable) energy sector. As a Content & Community Officer, you contribute to this by supporting and growing our community. You will work together with the Marketing Manager and report back to her.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Human Resources.
  • You have great communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Connecting with people is second nature to you.
  • You have lots of great ideas about improving engagement.
  • Working independently is as easy for you as working with a group!
  • You have an affinity for producing designs and visual content.
  • You are a great writer and can write content for various channels and audiences.
  • Managing a content calendar is a familiar concept for you.
  • Topics like online learning, sustainability and innovation are interesting to you.
  • Working at different offices with different people fits your working style perfectly!

What do we offer?

  • A dynamic job for 32-40 hours a week (hours are negotiable)!
  • A gross monthly salary between €2500 and €2900.
  • 29 vacation days.
